We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the personalized weight-loss report. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can request a refund in either of two ways:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout; or
- Email us at support@macrofitcalculator.com and we will help arrange the refund with Paddle.
What we need
To process your refund quickly, please include:
- The email address used for the purchase
- The Paddle order or transaction ID (from your receipt) if available
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
