1. Who we are

MacroFit Calculator ("MacroFit Calculator", "we", "us", "our") operates the website macrofitcalculator.com and provides a free TDEE & macro calculator and a paid AI-generated personalized weight-loss guide and meal plan (the "Service"). By using the Service you ("you") agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the Service, including submitting information to the calculator or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. The Service

The free calculator estimates your daily energy needs and macro split using standard formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor). The paid report is an AI-generated personalized weight-loss guide and 7-day meal plan based on the information you provide. The Service is delivered by email shortly after purchase.

4. Not medical advice

The Service is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical, nutritional, or healthcare advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies — always verify before acting on it. Do not use the Service if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or have a medical condition or history of disordered eating without first consulting your doctor. You use any guidance entirely at your own risk.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
  • Infringe our or any third party's intellectual property rights;
  • Interfere with security or attempt to probe, scan, scrape, or test the vulnerability of any system;
  • Resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the Service or its output;
  • Provide false information to obtain a refund or to manipulate the output.

You must provide accurate information and be of legal age in your jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in the Service, including the website, code, design, prompts, and brand, remain owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service and the report you purchase for your personal, non-commercial use.

7. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Our refund handling is described in our Refund Policy.

8. Service level

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or timely operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 6 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the Service, breach of these Terms, or information you supply that is inaccurate or unlawful.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
